This painting takes you inside a folding wave. This could be a point of view for a surfer or simply a great look at the intricate wonder of nature. The wave here is demonstrated with a sun eager to get in on the action in the colour and reflection of the water bringing to life the ocean and the immense tidal movements here experienced.

This was a real delight to paint in terms of the process and I hope you enjoy observing it as I did painting it.
